She is looking so different in every update we get and it makes my heart sad that we are watching her grow up through pictures. She now weighs 16 pounds. Her growth, development, neurological development, height, and weight are normal for her age. She currently has a cold. Sweet baby.<br /><br />I won't write much because I am struggling to put in words what I am feeling. I think I am just trying to process the fact that we will most likely be bringing Isa home as a toddler, not an infant. It is something that I just need to grieve, accept and then let go of. It's not so much that I am upset about missing so many 'firsts' (though it's so kind of people to keep reminding me of all that I am missing as if I don't know [smile]) because I know that she and I will have plenty of firsts.
